Investigators say the suspects made multiple purchases at several businesses in the Prattville area using a stolen debit/credit card. The offenses occurred on October 23rd and 24th, 2024, in Prattville, AL.
Investigators say the suspects were seen driving a white passenger car, believed to be a Chevy, Malibu with a sunroof. There are no other details available for release at this time.

The Montgomery Police Department is investigating an October 26, 2024, homicide and is requesting the public’s help. Police ask anyone with details or information to please come forward.
Investigators say on Saturday, October 26, 2024, at about 6:40 p.m., MPD and Fire Medics responded to the 1000 block of Mill Street in reference to a subject shot. Upon arrival, an adult male who sustained a life-threatening gunshot wound was located and transported to a local hospital for treatment.
Investigators say the victim succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased at the hospital. The victim was identified as Marquaries Williams, 34, of Montgomery, Alabama.
The circumstances surrounding this violent fatal shooting remain under investigation and no other details are available for release at this time. Investigators and family ask anyone who may have seen or know something to come forward.

The Opelika Police Department is investigating a felony auto theft and is seeking the public’s help in identifying the suspect involved.
On September 28, 2024, the Opelika Police Department began investigating a report of a Theft of Property, First Degree, which occurred at Glynn Smith Chevrolet GMC, located at 600 Columbus Parkway, Opelika, Alabama. At approximately 7:15 a.m., the suspect entered the dealership asking to use a phone. As the female turned to leave, she grabbed a key fob from the sales desk. She then used the key fob to locate the vehicle, a Black 2024 GMC Sierra 2500 AT4 Crew Cab, in the parking lot. The suspect then left in the vehicle, turning right onto Columbus Parkway and heading west.
Investigators are releasing a photo of the suspect. The suspect, identified by investigators as a white female with brown hair, was seen wearing a white hoodie, torn blue jeans, black slippers with pink smiley faces, and carrying a tan cross-body bag.
Investigators say the vehicle has since been located, but the identity of the suspect remains unknown. Investigators ask anyone with information to please come forward.
